We are living and raising families in NY just like most of you. And are dealing with most of the same issues. The crazy pace of life, the struggle to maintain a life and work balance, the rising prices, and never ending to-do lists.

Very wonderful I’ve used them a few times my carpet has always come back so clean and they have been even helpful when I wasn’t back into by the time my carpet was clean they brought it back when I returned and I appreciate that so much . I have a puppy and I send it out to them at lease once a month they have never seemed to disappoint always satisfied

The carpet was dirty, lots of dog pee stains . After the last dog pee it just was not ok anymore to keep it on the floor . Just embarrassing and dirty. I didn’t know what was going to happen but I have to say these people took really good care of me. Excellent transparent customer service; immediate reply and accurate fee description. My rug came out clean , stains gone and cleared. Really much better than I had expected also fluffy. Thank you!

Really efficient crew, super kind and accommodating, the process was quick and easy for home pickup. My rug looks fresh, and the delivery gentleman even brought up my Amazon boxes for me! So nice. Make sure to point out any specific trouble areas before handing off. Overall- one of the better deals in NY for this type of service.

NY Steam Clean picked up and dropped off my rug when they said they would. They were on time and prompt! The rug was cleaned and a heavily trafficked area had its embedded dirt removed so the rug now looks like new. I had this rug cleaned three times with ABC Carpet and always was told they tried but the area could not be restored AND it cost three times as much with ABC. NY Steam Clean is my new go to for area rug cleaning! I'm VERY happy with the result.

I had no idea before calling NY Steam Clean how easy it was going to be to get my rug cleaned. They picked the same day and delivered the rug about a week later. They did a phenomenal job of cleaning the rug - all the pet stains were gone - it is like brand new again! Great value, friendly communicative customer service! I highly recommend NY Steam Clean!
