Steam Carpet Cleaning is a process in which minimal amounts of water is used to clean the surface of the carpet. It uses steam under high amount of pressure to refresh the fabric of the top coat of your carpet.

Deep Carpet Cleaning uses hot water and specially formulated cleaning agents which are injected deep into the fabric of the carpet. This cleaning solution penetrates deep into the carpet and then sucked out by the carpet cleaning machine. This method achieves  a deeper, more penetrating clean.

Yes, you can sleep in the room once the carpet is dry or mostly dry—usually within 4–6 hours.

Don’t walk on it with dirty shoes, move heavy furniture back too soon, or cover damp carpet with rugs. Give it time to dry right.

Rug Cleaning

Pick-Up Cleaning means we take your rug to our specialized facility, where it goes through a deep, multi-step cleaning process using professional equipment. This method is best for delicate, heavily soiled, or high-value rugs.
At-Home Cleaning is done right in your space. It’s quicker and more convenient but not as thorough—ideal for synthetic or low-pile rugs that just need a surface refresh.

Typically, we return your rug within 7–10 days. Heavily soiled or specialty rugs may take a bit longer, but we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

For at-home rug cleaning, just clear the area around the rug and vacuum if possible. We’ll handle the rest.
For pick-up, remove any personal items from the rug. If it’s large or under furniture, we’ll help move it when we arrive.

Upholstery Cleaning

Don’t soak it, scrub aggressively, or use random household cleaners—especially not bleach or anything alcohol-based. These can damage the fabric or leave water stains. When in doubt, call the pros.

We use a low-moisture steam cleaning method designed for fabric. It pushes hot water into the fibers and extracts dirt and grime immediately. We also spot-treat stains and use fabric-specific solutions to prevent damage or fading.

Most appointments take 45 to 90 minutes, depending on the size of the couch and how dirty it is. If we’re cleaning multiple pieces (like a full set), it could take a bit longer.

We recommend a professional clean every 12–18 months. If you have kids, pets, allergies—or if your furniture gets a lot of daily use—every 6–12 months is better.
