3 Unique Levels of Carpet Cleaning
1. Sanitizer Steam Carpet Cleaning
This level of carpet cleaning is designed to give your carpet a quick refresher.
Penetrating into the top layer of your carpet we use extremely hot jets of steam reaching 245 degrees Fahrenheit to clean and sanitize it.
Leaving the carpet clean and disinfected.
Shampoo and stain treatment is not used for this service.
2. Deep Carpet Cleaning
Most Popular Level
This level of carpet cleaning is used to clean heavily soiled carpets. Penetrating deep though all layers of your carpet.
We use high-tech steam cleaners, and hot water extraction to pull out deep-seated dirt and allergens, leaving your carpet clean and fresh.
3. Shampoo With Hot Water Extraction
This method of carpet cleaning is used primarily to remove stains. Special cleaning solutions are applied to tackle tough stains and grime.
Following the stain treatment, extremely hot water is sprayed into the carpet. The carpet fibers are then agitated by the carpet cleaning machine. This allows the cleaning solution to penetrate deep into the carpet breaking up and removing tough stains.
Hot water and shampoo solution is than extracted pulling out deep-seated dirt and allergens, leaving your carpet clean and stain free.

I called NY Steam Clean had carpet cleaned in the entire house and two area rugs that they picked up and delivered back. All the stains came out. Considering I have a very active toddler who managed to drop or spill everything on these carpets from juice to pee, I'd say they did an excellent job. Highly recommend.

A. You certainly can. But its the same as eating a frozen dinner versus a gourmet meal made by a chef. You can, but its really not the same. Rental carpet cleaning machines are lacking in power, they don’t heat up water to high enough temperature and have way less ability to penetrate deep down into carpet fibers.
